Years of experience in New York City and Philadelphia have further refined our approach to design, quality, and attention to detail, while our work in Southwest Florida has given us another perspective on how people build, renovate, and enjoy their homes.

Our experience extends beyond residential remodeling. IGA has managed flooring installations for General Contractors and owner-developers on large-scale commercial projects, including the installation of 178 commercial units. From project coordination and installation management to the finished floor, we bring the same discipline, accountability, and craftsmanship to every project.
